There are some aspects that I feel are clunky and odd, there is a need for a transition process and unless you are coming into the system when joining a company, apart from the training on the system, you need to input your business life on to the system and that can take time.

It just depends on what you are looking for from project managing software, and how these programmes will meet your needs.
