  1. You are so right about pets. My doggie, Lady, is my best friend! She understands me, knows when I’m sick. However, during my darkest depths of my depression it was all I could do to make my 2 1/2 year old a PB&J, never mind bringing my dog for a walk. I can relate when you say having some one say “Get up and moving” My fav “It’s all in your head. Just get over it” Words from my hubby’s mom. Have you ever? She has a slight problem with class. Sorry this was so long. Congrats on your weight loss and have a great weekend!

  2. this doesn’t surprise me at all – my dog always makes me feel better after a hard day!

  3. Thank you for your kind words 🙂 my dog seems to sense when walking is too much for me and waits till others get home to take her out. I am so glad I didn’t have little ones to deal with I don’t think I could have even managed making them a sandwich! 🙂

  6. It is hard when a pet dies it takes something with you and takes a long time to heal! I will be back on Friday 🙂

  7. Thank you for your post. Although much of my depression is helped through medication, I’ve noticed a difference since getting my dog 2 years ago. I can have a low day and she stays by my side. I’m glad I’m not alone in my depression journeys.

  8. Thank you for visiting 🙂 Depression is not an easy journey and I know those days that I feel low, my dog never leaves my side, she just knows I need her! I am glad you have support from your dog on your journey. 🙂
