Organize Your Home Maintenance
How often do you check that you are up to date with the maintenance around your home? Do you have a master list, which you follow to ensure that nothing is forgotten, preventing high fees on a poorly maintained home?
By maintaining something, you are potentially increasing the life span of the item. This can be your home in general or smaller items that are essential for the smooth running to continue.

Yearly Home Maintenance Schedule
Organizing your home maintenance schedule
Organizing your home maintenance can save you time and money, you know what jobs need completing and when. It takes the guesswork out of home maintenance. It is important that you consider any costs that go with home maintenance; ensure you have considered this expense in your monthly budgeting plan. It will mean that if you have an expense the money will be there to get the job completed, without the need to borrow money with interest payments or have the stress of knowing a job needs completing, thus delaying the procedure and potentially making a worse situation in the end.
Spread the jobs throughout the year, it means that you are not doing all tasks at once. It is important that you complete certain jobs when the weather is good; it makes the health and safety of yourself a priority and not cleaning out gutters in the rain or strong wind, because you forgot in the summer.
Therefore, creating a home maintenance schedule for your home will protect the value of the property; an un-maintained home could also invalidate your insurance policy. Making maintenance a priority ensures you are looking at the long-term value of your home, protecting it from wear and tear that can cause damage to the structure of your home.
This is something i do all the time.
