Releasing Mental Clutter
Having a mind that is full of clutter can make living your life to the full, difficult. I find struggling to justify what torments me in my mind difficult to deal with, but I made a choice and this isn’t going to stop me. I am going to find ways to deal with my mental clutter, it is a journey that is difficult but this time I am ready to beat my demons.
The stress of everyday living with the demands of job, family and life which can add to the mental clutter. Life can become overwhelming and lead you down a path of ill-health with mental issues, and believe me this is not a path to take willingly.
Sometimes life can become too stressful and it is important to slow down, take a step back and consider what is causing stress and the options you have for dealing with these. Removing points of stress in your life is difficult. It can make moving forward in your life easier, once the stress or the thought of stress or anxiety which is holding you back.
Mental clutter and health
One area that can help with mental clutter is the health of your body: eating and exercising; this can reduce the pressure you are feeling. Eating healthily and exercising releases chemicals in your brain and this makes your feel so much better and helps to release the mental clutter.
However, it is important that you don’t underestimate the power of an unhealthy diet and how addictive they can become. The cycle of the overeating and not releasing the mental clutter which will hold you back.
It is not just about the calories that you put into your body but the type of food you consume; poor food choices can lead to poor choices in other areas of your body and this can increase the pressure of your mental clutter, instead of helping to release it.

Happiness doesn’t depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude.
Allowing the body to release the mental clutter is not an easy process, it can have deep connections to past mistakes and feelings. These can make moving forward a difficult challenge.
