    I often get overwhelmed with perfection and than end up doing nothing! Thank you for reminding me a little bit is better and not to get caught up in that everything has to be perfect!

  7. love this inspirational post! it reminds me to ‘let’ my young children help out, and that i need to accept their work as ‘good enough’ and not perfect 🙂

  8. How many times have I said if you can’t do it properly don’t bother doing it at all? I do find I get caught up with my perfectionistic tendencies. I need to apply this advice to my sewing!

  13. Wow! I cannot imagine vacuuming several times a day and have never been one that has to have the perfect house but I sooo agree with this post. Especially the routines and schedules. Getting myself in the habit to do certain things at certain times helps a lot but when I get thrown off my schedule am a scatterbrain and I have a hard time getting back on track. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve gotten better at letting things like dirty laundry and dust not bother me. The kitchen is another story. I like the kitchen to be as picture perfect at all times. I’ll get over it eventually I’m sure.
