  1. Definitely resonates with me. I just went gluten and sugar free 7 weeks ago. I also suffer from Depression. I’ve been amazed at how well my moods have stabilized! I have lost some weight, and have more energy as well.
    Food is medicine! Choose wisely!

  2. I feel so much more awake with less sugar in my diet, sugar made me sleepy and not motivated! I would like to go gluten free, even to see if it makes a difference but for some reason I don’t feel brave enough to try it! 🙂

  3. Sharon, thanks for a great party! I think this is my first time here. I had to add your button. And thanks for sharing your experience with depression. I can most certainly relate, I’m bi-polar with major depression, anxiety, ex-alcoholic and bulimic and eating has EVERYTHING to do with how you feel. I’m actually in the midst of writing a book that covers that topic. Any ways, thanks again, I saw some great stuff. Love the one on essential oils!

  4. Thanks for joining the party! I love that you are writing a book that is awesome 🙂 Look forward to seeing you again 🙂

  5. I’m so glad to have read this post. I keep reading about people who have given up sugar, and how much better they feel. To hear that it’s helped someone I know makes me really want to try it.

I’m like you – I don’t do moderation. I either abstain, or I eat a whole bag of chips.

    Thanks for sharing your experience.

  6. Thank you Katie for your kind words, I too was surprised how much better I am feeling, more energy and just generally more motivated too! 🙂
